Sara L. Buntyn
I became interested in family history in high school, researching 3 generations for an English class project in 9th grade. I was enthralled with learning about my family and have researched my family for over 30 years. I have completed 3/4 of the requirements for a B.A. in History at the University of Houston. I was employed as a Library Assistant in the Reference Department of the University of Houston Libraries for 8 years and in the Marathon Oil Company Library for 2 years, before leaving the conventional workplace to focus on raising my family.
In 2011, I changed the name of my research service from "Genealogy Research Unlimited" to "Dig My Roots". Both assumed names/DBAs are registered with the Harris County (Texas) Clerk's Office.
